Responsibilities: 

• Report to HR Manager
• Handle a full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, policy review & updating, monthly payroll calculation & MPF administration, salary tax reporting, leave administration, medical plan review, staff relations and ad-hoc HR projects
• Provide HR consultancy services to functional managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed
• Prepare and update monthly HR Reports for management review
• Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 5-10years’ experience in HR field included 2-3years Senior HR Officer experience, preferably retail industry
• Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance are must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to Chinese typing (倉頡/速成)
• Stable employment history
• Proficient in MS office applications is must (Excel - PivotTable, Word - Mailmerge, PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
