As part of our continued growth in the region, we are looking for Senior Consultants who are interested in taking the next step in their careers.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform business development by identifying new opportunities through active and effective market research and client mapping.
• Manage the whole candidate search process from posting job ads to negotiating job offer
• Achieve sales target and ensure continued growth of business from existing and new accounts
• Attend various networking events to build brand and networking with potential clients and candidates
• Effectively utilize recruitment system by keeping records of activities, communication and important contacts

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Motivated, energetic, positive, ambitious and results-driven
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good track-record in sales and business development
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
