Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement soft skill training programs to all frontline & supervisory staff
• Conduct field coaching to enhance customer service skill and selling technique
• Monitor service quality through MSP program and provide improvement recommendation
• Enhance update training manuals, lesson plans, newsletter, and e-learning materials regularly
• Assist in the implementation of projects related to corporate values, external competitions and other new initiatives 
• Design, develop and implement programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities and methods in program design/plan to meet with the identified training needs supporting retail stores
• Provide evaluate and analyze training reports, checklist and calendar to management and ensure that all information is well communicated with related parties
• Review and evaluate all training tools and materials for all frontline staffs
• Coordinate and sourcing external training program
• Support and monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans and actions
• Conduct on-boarding and New Employee Orientation for new hires

Requirements:

• University graduate with 4 years+ solid work experience in soft skill training delivery and facilitation gained from sizable companies
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality industry is preferred
• Conversant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, e-learning platform experience a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, customer service oriented, willing to learn and a good team player
