1. Performing general reception duties towards both internal & external parties/customers in a professional manner
2. Handling telephone calls / enquiries with good business manners
3. Referring enquiries/postage/courier to related departments/employees efficiently and effectively
4. Providing support for business meetings
5. Replenishing office consumable items
6. Providing administrative and clerical support
7. Maintaining office security
Requirements
1. F.5 or above
2. 1-3 years of relevant job experience, especially working experience in service industry is preferred
3. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Proficient in PC skills (Outlook, MS Office etc.)
5. Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Self-motivated, punctual, responsible, cheerful, detailed minded
