Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all marketing campaigns and managing incoming & outgoing communications
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative supports including travel arrangement/itinerary, daily schedule, and personal activities
• Assist the VP in handling daily correspondences and coordinating meetings and projects
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the internal and external parties and coordinate various work and business issues
• Assist in office administration and operation issues
• Participate additional projects as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent with formal secretarial training
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant to senior management
• Multitasking and detail-minded
• Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Calendar
• Proficient in English and Chinese word processing/inputting method
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
