Highlights of Responsibilities:

• Candidate search based on given requirements
• Conducts phone screen, face-to-face interview and shortlist candidates
• Recommends and presents candidates to in-house hiring managers in a timely manner
• Follows up with candidates on interview process
• Maintains and builds candidate database 

Requirements:

• University graduate/Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
• Prior working experience in recruitment industry would be first prioritized
• Proficiency in English is a must. Cantonese and/or Mandarin are preferred
• Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
• Ability to utilize different social media to generate connections
• Strong social networking skills, experience in building rapport and client relationships
• Self-disciplined, detail minded, hard working, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
