Responsibilities:

• Support strategic HR programs namely in Training and Performance Management
• Work closely with line managers to identify training needs and develop relevant training plans
• Develop and execute leadership & management development programs for the company’s  managerial staff
• Develop and deliver in-house trainings to fulfill training needs of frontline employees
• Design and implement talent development plans for recognized staff, such as succession plan and trainee programs
• Work together with external training vendors to ensure quality of the programs and keep an effective measurement mechanism
• Design and implement performance management initiatives such as coaching workshops to fit the company’s PM cycle
• Participate in other HR projects when necessary

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Organization Behaviour or Psychology
• A minimum of 5 years in Training and Development experience in sizeable organization, of which at least 3 years working experience in Mainland
• Solid experience in training design and delivery for supervisory level; an added advantage if possess hands-on training experience in relevant industry
• Native Mandarin speaker preferred, candidate with high proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) as well as English will also be considered
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Pro-active, people oriented and have strong passion in training and development
