Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support in the areas of compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations
• Handle employees’ benefits administration including medical administration and leave management
• Maintain and update employee information including  personal profile, leave and attendance in the HRIS to ensure all records are complete and accurate
• Support annual salary review including participate in compensation and benefits survey and benchmarking
• Assist new staff on boarding and associated logistics including orientation, coordinate training schedule
• Prepare various Human Resources statistic reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources
• Familiar with local Human Resources procedures and Employment Law of Hong Kong and Macau
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
•  Be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
• Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
