Job Description
Responsible:
- Handling all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, prepare employment contract, payroll, MPF, tax reporting, compensation and benefits, leave administration, update the employee policy and procedures, etc.
- Handle office administration matters including all office furniture and fixture, ordering of stationeries and pantry supplies, insurances renewals, maintenance of office equipment, machines & office security system and assist the organization of parties, etc.
- To work closely with operations in recommendation and implementation of various incentive schemes for front line staff
- Update, control and review staff record in HR database and filing system
- Other ad hoc assignment
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Min. 3 years working experience in the beauty industry
- Knowledge on Labour Ordinance and related regulations in Hong Kong
- Calculate Payroll and MPF contribution independently
- Mature, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility, possess problem solving skills, hard working, able and willing to handle multitasks as assigned, and can work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
- Immediately available is preferred
