Job Description

One of our client is looking for a Office Admin & Shipping Clerk to join their Supply Chain team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of I/E documents with China factory and customers
  • Handle tradelink declaration and shipment booking with forwarder
  • Provide general office administrative & clerical support  

Job Requirements 

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with shipping certificate
  • 1 - 2 years working experience  (Fresh graduate will be considered)
  • Experience in trading or manufacturing company is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Good in Mandarin to communicate with Factory
