General Responsibilities:

Your role as an Administrative Officer requires you to be responsible for a diverse range of back office, clients and projects support for the company. A part of your role will be taking account of the daily administrative matters, and other project or clients matters. You will also be expected to work in liaison with external and internal parties such as sourcing suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the clients or projects operations.

• Support the administrative matters of the clients and projects
• Handling administrative matters such as organizing small events or internal marketing programmes
• Taking meeting notes or handling email matters
• Maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties
• Provide all-rounded administrative support duties
• Responsible for the provision of effective and efficient office administration services 

Requirements:

- 4+ years working experience

- Enjoy a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment

- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English
