Job Description
Requirements
- University graduate in HR Studies or related disciplines
- 3-4 years in full support of HR activities, preferably in multinational companies
- Prior exposure in recruitment and HR system implementation is highly preferred
- Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Pleasant personality, energetic, well-organized with good communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, HR system implementation and employees relations
- Handle recruitment process including resumes screening, interview to offer logistics
- Update HR information in the system and analysis HR data for management review
- Handle ad hoc HR projects and assist in the implementation of HR strategies
