Assistant Human Resources Manager

• Assist superior in full spectrum of Human Resources and focusing on recruitment but not limiting to compensation & benefit administration
• Playing the role of business partner and work closely with operations on their manpower planning & hiring need
• Other ad hoc HR related projects as assigned
• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in F&B or retail industry
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Strong PC skill in MS office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
