This position will focus on the following main areas:

• Support Marketing Executive in conducting regular analyses of marketing programs to assess progress and present reports to management
• Support Marketing Executive in conducting market research, to identify potential business opportunities, and create promotional programs to support sales goals
• Support Marketing Executive in organizing and coordinating marketing events including tradeshows, professional seminars, product training sessions and other activities
• Support Marketing Executive Assist in planning and carrying out specific duties that enhances customer relationship and satisfaction
• Support Marketing Executive in other projects such as company website and developing marketing collaterals

We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Officer with the following attributes:

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT)
• Minimum 2-year experience in administrative duties
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Dedicated, self-motivated, independent and strong desire to provide good customer service
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
• Immediate availability is preferred
