Responsibilities: 

• Assist the HR & Administration team in a wide scope of human resources activities, including compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, staff relations and people development
• Ensure the HR duties are compliant with the local legal requirements in China, Hong Kong and regional offices
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of generalist human resources management experience in well-established companies
• Experience in compensation and benefits, HR policy review, performance management, staff relations, etc
• Well-versed in employment ordinance, tax ordinance and other legal requirements in China and Hong Kong
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• People-oriented, pleasant, committed, flexible and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
