Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guests with high quality service standards
2. Provide check-in and check-out services for guests
3. Handle incoming calls and manage guests general enquiries
4. Maintain safety environment within the apartment and surroundings
5. Maintain systems within the apartment in good condition, emergency implementations and record keeping.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services in hotel, club or property estate with academic related
2. Fluent in speaking Cantonese, English & Mandarin
3. Acknowledge in report writing, computer skill and MS office handling
4. Positive mindset, high initiative, alertness, responsible, reliable and team spirit
5. Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS
6. Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage Immediately available is a plus
7. Shift duty is required.
