Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the sea freight operation in Jebsen Logistics Ltd. 
• Provide a professional services to customers and working in an efficient manner at all times  
• Checking cargo status; Searching vessel schedule; BL issue;   
• Handle full set of import and export documents, offshore shipment, trans-shipment and co-load arrangement 
• Provide professional services to customer in an efficient manner 
• Communicate and liaise with overseas agents and customers
• Follow up routing order 

Requirements:

• F.7 / DSE or above   
• 2 years' or above experience in freight forwarder (Sea Freight) 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must 
• Hands-on PC skills in the application of MS office 
• Able to work independently, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, energetic and with self- initiative 
• Able to handle full set Sea Freight Import / Export documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Fresh graduate would be considered
