工作职责：

• 处理海外客户通过不同的渠道查询与借记卡和信用卡相关之产品或服务
• 提供优质热缐服务给客户;
• 主动协调各方处理客户和海外办事处的查询和解决复杂个案;
• 与内部各部门协调,为客户寻求可行的解决方案;
• 通过团队合作,高度投入工作,实现高水平的客户服务满意度。

Responsiblilities:

• Handle customers' enquiries and requests related to debits card and credit card products or services
• via different channels from customers based in Oversea.
• Provide quality service to customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Coordinate to answer enquiries from various customers and overseas offices and handle complex cases ;
• Coordinate and negotiate with relevant internal departments to seek for feasible solutions for customers;
• Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through effective teamwork and high engagement in the work.

任职资格要求:

• 文凭或以上
• 有至少 3年银行/金融行业的工作经验，熟识信用卡业务者优先；
• 拥有电话中心或热缐工作经验者更佳;
• 能与各层级人员沟通，有良好的相处技巧;
• 必须能操英语，粤语及普通话;
• 需轮班工作。

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• At least 3 years experience in banking/finance industry, experience in Credit Card field is an asset;
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skill & able to communicate and work with personnel of different levels;
• Strong communication skills in English(in written & spoken), Cantonese and Mandarin is prerequisite;
• Willing to perform shift duty.
