Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruiter for vacancies at a variety of levels and disciplines - handling the full spectrum of recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, collecting and giving feedback, preparing offers and pre-boarding of successful candidates.
  • Manage the talent sourcing process and accountable for delivery of qualified candidates according to the specifications agreed with the business.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Heads and Hiring Managers and to be the guardian of HR & recruitment process & standards.
  • Establish strong internal & external networks in order to source effectively.
  • Administration as needed to support the whole recruitment cycle, which includes management of roles on the orgnaisation's ATS, job postings, preparation of preliminary salary proposal, ensuring relevant employment documents are in a order, preparation of offer letter, submitting pre-employment screening request, monitoring status update on the screening.
  • To assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience, of which at least 2 years in recruitment. Both in-house and agency experience will be considered.
  • Experience and knowledge of sourcing and recruiting in a range of APAC markets (experience in some or all of the following markets is particularly desirable: Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, China, Singapore)
  • Experience recruiting for roles in High Tech or IT industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proven creative sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn and other internet tools.
  • Must have experience working in MNCs.

Professional Knowledge and expertise

  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities.
  • Proactive approach, flexible and creative problem solver, ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritise activities and workload.
  • Demonstrated skills in screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of one or more Asian languages is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
