Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial support and administrative work
• Provide clerical and internal support to business team
• Data entry, filing and other administration duties
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Proficiency in MS-Word / Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and detail-minded
• Eager to learn and take up responsibility
• Secretarial training would be beneficial, but is not a prerequisite
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Monthly Salary

• HK$10,000  (applicable to non-degree holder or without relevant working experience)
• HK$12,000  (applicable to degree holder or with minimum 1-year relevant working experience)
