Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of HR administration including recruitment, payroll, office administration, staff training, company activity, medical compensation & benefits administration.
• Responsible for annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review, pay scale annual review and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent preferable
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Well knowledge in China Employment & Labor Laws is an advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
