Objective

Provide qualified operational legal consultancy service to various departments to meet the on going business demands. 

Main Responsibilities

• Manage, draft and review contracts and related commercial documentation including retail leases, trading terms
• Support legal and corporate division in completing corporate administration tasks
• Conduct legal research, compile and update legal guidelines related to retail, marketing and employment issues
• Support the team in providing professional legal advices to all divisions
• Maintain legal database
• Complete ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the line manager from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Law or related discipline
• More than 2 years’ working experience in law firm or in-house legal division
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS word and Chinese word processing
• Mature and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
