Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of daily office administrative support, including office supplies handling, office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, cleansing, mailing system, insurance & license renewal, etc
• Assist in office renovation project, monitoring and following up defects and reinstatement, etc
• Arrange printing matters & office stationery
• Supervise receptionists and cleaning ladies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years solid Administration area experience in financial institutions, with minimum 3 years in Senior Officer level
• With painting, office renovation & maintenance experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with different levels of internal customer and external business partners
• Ability to work independently and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good time management & quality control abilities
