Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Direct report to HR Manager, APAC
-
Assist the manager overseeing the full spectrum of HR and Office Administration for Asia Pacific
-
Assist on setting up HR policy, performance appraisal system and implementation
-
Work closely with HK Immigration Dept. for work visa applications
-
Handling monthly payroll calculation, tax reporting, MPF and leave administrations
-
Arrange job posting and interview appointments
-
Assist on company events/functions
-
Handling general office administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies & equipment, facilities management and business travel arrangement
-
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for renovation and repair & maintenance works for office
-
Arrange in-house daily courier services to/from office and stores and 3 parties
-
Provide secretarial supports to the senior management and as a receptionist of the office

Manage the office meeting room bookings
-
Undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM/BA or related discipline
- At least 5 years of all-round HR and Office Administration experience and working in retail industry would be an advantage
- Good command in written of English & Chinese
- Detail-minded, customer oriented and a strong sense of responsibilities
- Independent, proactive, organized with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to accuracy
- Candidate who has much more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
