Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily matching report, corporate action and unsettle deals
• Perform daily settlement for various trading entities and liaising with portfolio managing issues
• Participate in investment related analysis and research
• Execute day-end procedures, handle reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are rectified
• Distribute confirmations, contract notes and financial statements to investors
• Willing to support the team workload and tasks, and provide assistance whenever necessary
• Adhere to the operating procedures and agreed services standard; comply with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Participate in UAT for system enhancement and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant experience, preferably in Funds Operations, Settlements, Transfer Agency or Trade Support
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Passion for the business and willing to go for extra mile
• Previous hand-on experience with Bloomberg would be an advantage
• Good team player and able to work well independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in client relationship management
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
