Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, mails, courier service etc.
- Provide full spectrum of daily general office administrative support, including office supplies procurement, office facilities & equipment maintenance and fixed assets management and license renewal etc.
- Organize and arrange company activities and events
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years’ solid experience in office administration or receptionist areas
- Form 5 / HKDSE
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong PC skills, (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of spoken Cantonese
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
