Job Description

Our client is an International Hardware Trading Company with manufacturing plant in China, they are looking for an Admin Assistant / Clerk to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of confidential administrative support to Senior Executives including but not limited to: answering phones, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, updating administrative database, etc.
  • Assist Senior Executives in following up purchase orders, Liaise closely with China internal departments and communicate closely with customers on behalf of senior executive in a highly efficient and accurate manner
  • Maintain confidential records and files as necessary and perform ongoing reports compilation
  • Support all other ad hoc requests as needed

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Form 5 and above
  • With minimum 1-3 years’ Admin/ Clerk/ Sales experience in PRC manufacturing industry
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) 
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
