Duties:                      

• To prepare quotations and draft contracts for schools upon enquiries
• To arrange and coordinate schedules for teachers and schools
• To handle general office administration work including procurement of stationeries and consumables
• To help accounting staff to handle monthly end payment to teachers

Nature of Company  ：   Learning Education Centre

Place of work           ：   Kowloon Bay

Working Days          ：   5 days per week, Mon - Friday and alternative Saturday

Working Hours        ：   8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.

Salary & Benefits    ：   HK$10,000 - HK$11,000 per month

Requirements：           

• Over 2 years’ experience in administration supporting, preferably from education sector or related background
• Self-initiative, detail-minded, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Chinese and English Typing
• Good command in written English and Chinese
