Responsibilities:

• Check and replenish consumable items at equipment and conference rooms
• Perform regular check and prepare report of office cleanliness, facilities and equipment status
• Arrange equipment and facilities maintenance service when necessary
• Keep track of cleanliness and tidiness of equipment rooms and conference rooms
• Escort vendor to collect confidential waste
• Check inventory of fixed asset items at offices and warehouses
• Relocate office furniture and equipment per instruction
• Prepare list for damaged items in office and excess items returning to warehouse
• Perform conference room setup and reinstate
• Perform any other activities as assigned by supervisor or department head

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in facilities management or property related discipline
• Office administration / facilities management experience preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good learning attitude and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel)
• Immediate available is preferred
