Job Duty:

• Managing a team of front line staff to ensure the mailroom operations is running smoothly 
• Maintaining good communication and relationships with both internal and external parties
• Preparing reports and other paperwork on time and accurately
• Collecting & delivery mailings or packages to internal parties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• HKCEE / DSE graduated or above
• Preferable with 2 years' clerical or mailroom operation experience 
• Good time management skills and experienced in managing front line staff
• Ability to communicate with people from different levels
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• PC Knowledge in MS applications (Word, Excel)
• Able to work overtime and flexible hours as required
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and able to work independently
• Self-motivated, positive and good learning attitude

Working Time:

Monday to Friday: 08:15 – 17:15

Every Saturday: 08:15 – 13:00
