Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage center operations
- Provide professional consultation to parents and students
- Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
- Monitor student’s progress and provide an excellent communications with parents
- Provide support to the center and teachers
- Promote company’s products and services
- Maintain center and classrooms’ appearance and tidiness
- Manage class schedule to best satisfy teachers, parents and students
- Provide training to junior staff
Requirements :
- Form 7 graduate or above
- Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Work as a team player
- Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is a plus
