Responsibilities :

• Manage center operations
• Provide professional consultation to parents and students
• Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
• Monitor student’s progress and provide an excellent communications with parents
• Provide support to the center and teachers
• Promote company’s products and services
• Maintain center and classrooms’ appearance and tidiness
• Manage class schedule to best satisfy teachers, parents and students
• Provide training to junior staff

Requirements :

• Form 7 graduate or above
• Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Work as a team player
• Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is a plus
