Responsibilities:

• Assisting the company director in operation matters
• Makes necessary recommendations to management for improvement in work methods to enhance overall work efficiency
• Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior
  

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in clinic support/ management, preferably from medical industry
• Detail-oriented, analytical, highly sensitive to figures and with strong business acumen
• Pro-active, independent and with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, Access and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
