Job Description
The Requirements are :-
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Department Head and the team
- Responsible for taking minutes, handling phone calls, filing, arranging business appointments and meetings
- Follow-up projects and communicating with clients
- Organize business trips such as flight and hotel booking
- Process trip applications and travel expenses claims
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
- Bachelor degree or equvalient
- Min 3 years' of relevant working experience with exposure in financial industry is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Pleasant personality, proactive and mature
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
