Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Sales Team and Promotion Team
• Handle customer enquiries & complaints
• Assist in business related tasks, such as presentation, information collection and preparation of advertising tasks
• Handle travel arrangements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ad-hoc projects and/or tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Putonghau
• Proficiency in PC software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good personal qualities and strong communication skill
• Independent with good interpersonal and problem solving skill, detail-oriented and organized
• Responsible and self-motivated
