Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide wide spectrum of human resources and office administration functions to departments including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, office maintenance and etc.
- Assist to set up human resources and administration policies
- Assist to implement HRIS
- Involve in annual and ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' HR Generalist and office administration experience
- Experience in motor trade industry is definitely an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and a good team-player
Those with lesser experience will be considered as Human Resources and administration Officer.
