Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating HR & Administration policies & procedures
• Provide supports in all round HR functions and duties to recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management
• Maintain staff information updated
• Responsible for various general administration activities 
• Take place of receptionist duties whenever necessary
• Organize employee related activities
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Well-versed in HK Employment, MPF scheme Ordinance and other related rules and regulations
• Mature, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Well organized and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
