Job Duties:

• Organize and archive laboratory documents
• Copying, facsimile and scanning files
• Sample reception and reporting issue
• Handle general administrative works
• Follow up purchase order and organize the PO Record
• Update/amend client database
• Handle incoming fax and distribute to the relative personnel
• Handle the inquiry

Requirements:

• F 5 graduated or equivalent
• Mature and industrious personality
• Computer skill; Excel and Word
• Competent in English and Chinese
• Needs to perform shift duties
• Pleasant personality
• Self-motivated
