Job Requirements:

• Degree / diploma holder in hotel management study.
• At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar position.
• Responsible, patience, a strong team leader.
• Good administration skills on handling paper work such as duty roster, attendance report, payroll report, daily sales report, hygiene report, etc…
• Good communication skills, able to speak English & Cantonese.
• Strong personality, excellent customer service skills, able to lead and direct the team.
• Result oriented; not only to achieve but to exceed our target sales for the restaurant.
• Ability to train the team.
