Location :   Wong Chuk Hang (near MTR station) 

Responsibilities :

• Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance to  Managing Director
• Manage daily schedules, business appointments and travel itineraries
• Handle confidential information and documents
• Draft and proofread general correspondence, emails, memos, letter, presentations, and reports independently
• Maintain efficient filing systems – both electronic & hard copy
• Liaise with internal parties eg. Maid, driver, office colleagues
• Liaise with external parties eg. Restaurants and other business affairs and secretaries
• Perform ad-hoc duties

 Requirements :

• Degree holder with formal secretarial training 
• 8 years or above Personal Assistant experience in serving Senior Management
  
• Good knowledge of MS office, outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (spoken Mandarin)
• Responsible, well-organized, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, efficient, attentive and highly systematic
• High level of maturity and work independently
• Immediate availability is an advantage
