Responsibilities:

• Responsible for staff recruitment and selection functions including job advertisement posting, telephone call screening and interview arrangement;
• Participate in outgoing recruitment activities is required;
• Assist in HR clerical duties such as employee attendance, leave record and personal records update;
• Maintain accurate and systematic filing system;
• Provide daily support to HR department;
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, prefer in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
• Minimum 1 year solid experiences in HR field;
• Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance;
• High sense of responsibility, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently;
• Good in communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Good spoken and written in Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is preferred. 
• Fresh graduate is most welcome
