Assist MD and GM on personal and business matters

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director  (MD) and Group General Manager (GM).
• Responsible for all departments and Group Company  weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-year and year- end report.  Help to analysis the report for MD and GM.
• Screen all documents and obtain approval from MD/GM.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for MD and GM
• Travel arrangement include air ticket, accommodation and visa when necessary
• Handle and screen correspondence, emails and phone calls
• Other ad-hoc assignments (personal and business related)

Ensure smooth operation of HK office and provide HR function

• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations in HK office: cleanliness, courier services, telecommunications, insurance, maintenance etc.
• Assist HK design & finance team in administrative tasks
• Responsible for monthly payroll and MPF submission for HK office
• Handling and follow up medical claims for executives
