Our Client is a well-known global ICT Company. Now they are seeking for C & B Manager, Human Resources to join their crew.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s payroll operation and HR costing allocation for Hong Kong & Macau regions
• Review the annual remuneration such as salary package, long and short terms incentives, bonus and retention scheme etc.
• Conduct analysis and reports all related to C & B issues
• Liaise with regional HR division and relevant stakeholders to manage C & B projects, e.g. remuneration &  benefits surveys, market intelligence project and  C & B initiative development projects
• Provides support in any other ad-hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management, Quantitative Statistical Analysis or other related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience and specialized in compensation & benefit and candidate with regional exposure will be an advantage
• Solid experience in C & B operation & planning and salary benchmarking
• Strong in analysis and reporting skills, detail-oriented and sensitive to figures
• Proficient in using MS Excel is essential such as pivot table, Macro, VB etc.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese with good communication and interpersonal skill
