Responsibilities:

• To support Customer Service Dept on correspondence, database, market information and daily operation

• Set up, update and maintain the existing data and filing system

• Coordinate customer personal record, clerical support and maintain filing system properly

• Prepare various reports and other related documents

• Assist in any ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics

• Experience in financial industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates may also be considered

• Willing to deal with people with sound communication, details oriented and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

• Familiar with MS Office, Excel,Word etc.

• Good written in English and Excellent spoken communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Immediate available is preferred
