Job Description
We are looking for an Administration Clerk - with requirements as follows:
Requirements
- F.7, DSE / Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years HR and office administration experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Polite, presentable, enthusiastic and detail-minded
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
- Good telephone manner, pleasant, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily office administration and data entry
- Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance, preparing agendas, minutes and memos
- Handle general HR issues
- Undertake any other duties assigned
- Work closely with all colleagues on administrative related issues to ensure smooth office operation
