Job Description

We are looking for an Administration Clerk - with requirements as follows:

Requirements

  • F.7, DSE / Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years HR and office administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Polite, presentable, enthusiastic and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily office administration and data entry
  • Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance, preparing agendas, minutes and memos
  • Handle general HR issues
  • Undertake any other duties assigned
  • Work closely with all colleagues on administrative related issues to ensure smooth office operation
