In this position, you would:

• Organize and maintain daily sales order for front and back office, including preparation of quotation, order processing and logistics arrangement.

• Contact existing clients and business partners for daily order and Communicate with own factory for production.

• Prepare general reports.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints

• Ad hoc team support.

Requirements    

• Diploma or above with at least two year working experience in Retail/ Catering/ logistics/ Call Center.

• Good in Excel and knowledge in ERP is a plus.

• Strong communication skill and excellent customer service attitude.

• Positive work attitude, and able to work independently in fast-paced environment and under tight

   timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Attentive, out-going and good team player.

• Fluent in both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• High Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must.

• Recent graduates will be considered.
