Job description:

1. Lead, supervise, and coach service staff to delivering excellent customer service & food quality & hygiene
2. Responsible for day-to-day management of 5 shops
3. Assist of Manpower planning for all shops
4. Handle complaints, identify the problems and suggest solutions
5. Assist in Polices & Procedure / Operations manuals preparation
6. Perform administration duties including cash management, machines operations, restaurant security, housekeeping,
7. Provide all kinds of retail administration support, handle all enquiries and ad-hoc requests from shops and landlords during retail business hours
8. Drive and motivate the Sales team to achieve the company target

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in catering / hotel management or related field preferred
2. At least 5 years supervisory experience in F&B industry
3. Excellent command of English & Cantonese is a must. Basic knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
4. Attention to details, able to work multi-task under pressure
5. Willing to handle ad-hoc requests, enquiries and reporting from shops after office hours
6. Excellent people management, communications and problem solving skills
7. Proficient in PC skills, MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet applications is a must
