Job Description
Work Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Position Description :
- Report to the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Quality & Training Manager will oversee the learning and development programs of the hotel with a strong focus to promote and develop learning as one of our key human resources engagement and retention strategies.
- Induct, coach, and mentor new team members.
- Support and partner with the department heads to deliver operational skills and knowledge training.
- Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.
- Monitor the progress of industrial trainees and receive feedback from department heads involved in the program and identify possible future hires for the human resources database.
Requirements :
- University graduate with minimum of 5 years training & development working experience in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarize with training course development, design and evaluation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proactive, initiative, analytical and decision making.
- Demonstrate ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
