Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling full range of statutory company secretarial duties for the Group including annual returns, notices for AGM and EGM, Board minutes and resolutions

• Responsible for handling ad hoc company secretarial duties including but not limited to, change of directors or secretaries, transfer of shares, amendment of memorandum and articles of association, change of company name and other corporate filings

• Maintain and update statutory records and proper filings

• Assist in general office administration duties

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder in business administration/corporate governance or related discipline

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in dealing with company secretarial functions gained in professional firm or law firm

• Well-versed in Company Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory for Hong Kong & overseas companies is preferred

• Familiar with Chinese word processing and MS Office e.g. Word and Excel

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

• Qualified professional member or student member of with ICSA/HKICS is preferred

• Immediate available is a definite advantage
