Duties:-

• Responsible for data entry, arts checking, filing, other ad hoc assignments etc  
• Maintains accurate data records in various data bases  
• Communicate effectively with customers and overseas offices in Chinese and English both verbal and written  
• Customer order follow up from initial stage of raw data management until shipment  
• Daily contact with China production units for orders follow up  
• Provide all rounded support to management and being team player

 
Profile:-

• University graduate preferred but not a must  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment hangtags industry  
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented  
• Written and spoken fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English  
• Able to work under pressure  
• Good MS Office operation especially familiar with EXCEL  
• Immediate available is a must
