Job Description

Job Summary:

The  Administrative Assistant (Facilities) will assist the Facilities team in the general administrative roles and provide secretarial support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation and Word documents
  • Raise Purchase Order Request and process vendors’ invoices for settlement
  • Provide periodic communication to all staff regarding service suspension and other facilities management activities
  • Communicate with Property Management Companies on the day-to-day operations affecting the Club’s administration
  • Keep systematic records and files
  • Keep inventory record of the Club’s artworks etc.
  • Work with outsourced facilities management agent on the receipt of reports and service request quotations etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder withthecompletion of Secretarial or Business Management program
  • Experience in facilities/property management or hospitality industries
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Occasional travel within clubs (Tai Tam Country Club and Central Town Club)
